In return, you receive a proportional ownership stake, giving you exposure to multiple clubs rather than a single site. Investor protections are built into the structure. All contributed capital is paid back to investors before any profit participation is allocated to Ace Pickleball Club. In other words, there’s no profit sharing with us until you’ve been made whole. This model keeps interests aligned and ensures investors are prioritized while participating in the growth of one of the fastest-growing sports in the country.
