1.                       SPONSOR
The APC Takes You Further National Pickleball Month Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Ace Pickleball Club, LLC (“APC” or “Sponsor”) with offices at 33 Mansell Court, Roswell, GA 30076.

2.                       ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding the state of New York and any U.S. territories) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees of APC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and price sponsors, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household (collectively the “Promotion Parties”) are not eligible to win prizes.

3.                       PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM local time on April 3, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM local time on April 30 (“Promotion Period”).

4.                       HOW TO ENTER

You may enter the Promotion only once through one of the following means:

A.       Beginning on April 3, 2026, at 8:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time, through April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM local time, any eligible person may log onto www.acepickleballclub.com and click on the link for the APC National Pickleball Month Sweepstakes and follow the on-screen entry instructions.  Fill in all required information. You may enter only once during the Promotion Period. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than once will void all entries and result in disqualification.  You may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

B.       On the first day of the Promotion Period, all individuals who are active APC Members at any time during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) automatic entry.

C.   New Member Entry: Individuals who activate a new APC Membership during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) automatic entry upon activation.

D.   Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Anyone eligible entrant, except for APC Members, may enter the Promotion by completing the official online entry form at [www.acepickleballclub.com/further during the Promotion Period as described in paragraph 4.A. above.

5.                       BONUS ENTRIES (current APC MEMBERS ONLY)

During the Promotion Period, current APC Members in good standing may earn additional bonus entries during the Promotion Period for verified referral activities as follows:

• One (1) bonus entry for each referral who attends an Intro to Pickleball session.
• Five (5) bonus entries for each referral who enrolls in a Starter Series program.
• Ten (10) bonus entries for each referral who signs up for an APC Membership during the Promotion Period.

Bonus entries are cumulative. A referring APC Member may earn entries at each qualifying stage of a referral’s progression (e.g., Intro to Pickleball, Starter Series enrollment, and membership conversion).

All bonus entries must be properly recorded through APC’s designated tracking system during the Promotion Period and verified by club staff.

There is no limit to the number of bonus entries a member may earn.

Individuals that are not APC Members are not eligible for bonus entries.

6.                       MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT FOR PRIZE CLAIM

While no purchase is necessary to enter or win, any selected winner whose entry is derived from member-based activities (including automatic member entry or bonus entries) must be an active APC member in good standing at the time of winner verification and prize award (anticipated mid-May). If a selected winner is not an active member at the time of verification, an alternate winner may be selected.

7.                       PRIZES

Airfare and other travel expenses are not included and are the winner's responsibility.

Final prize details, quantities, and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) will be disclosed prior to winner selection. Total prize value $16,390.

Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one prize per family or household. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. APC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, APC will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded.

The Hippo Lakes Safari Experience may be subject to blackout dates, availability, restrictions, and additional terms imposed by Hippo Lakes.

8.                       WINNER SELECTION

A random drawing will be conducted on or about fourteen (14) days after the end of the Promotion Period by the Sponsor to select the winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9.                       WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via phone and/or email using the contact information provided and must sign and return any required affidavit of eligibility and release within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent or such other date as set by Sponsor. If a potential winner:

• Does not respond or cannot be contacted
• Fails to complete the required verification and other documents required by the Sponsor
• Is determined to be ineligible
• Does not meet membership verification requirements (if applicable)

Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  By entering this Promotion, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. 

10.                  TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. APC may issue IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

11.                  GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of APC, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

APC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

12.                  PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for APC to use their name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13.                  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

APC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or improperly recorded entries. By entering the Promotion, entrants/participants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages) or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in APC’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
