At Ace Pickleball Club, we know that not everyone’s schedule fits neatly into a traditional league format. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Flex Leagues, a brand-new way for Members to enjoy competitive play, connect with other players, and chase those championship bragging rights, all on your own schedule.
What Is a Flex League?
The Ace Pickleball Club Flex League combines the structure and excitement of a league with the convenience of flexible scheduling. Each season includes six regular-season matches followed by playoffs for the top teams. Instead of being locked into set times, players coordinate their matches based on mutual availability.
That means you can compete when it works best for you, without missing out on the fun or the challenge.
Who Can Join?
Flex Leagues are open to all Ace Pickleball Club Members with an Unlimited Membership. Whether you’re just learning the ropes or chasing that 5.0 level, there’s a division for you.

Included with Your Membership
There’s no extra cost to join. Flex Leagues are included in your Ace Pickleball Club Membership, so every Member can experience the excitement of competition without paying extra fees.
How It Works:
Register
Sign up with your partner and select your division.
Schedule
Teams receive their full schedule at the start of the season.
Coordinate
Use the MatchFlex tool to share your availability and find a time that works for both teams. Learn more about MatchFlex and how it works.
Play
Matches are best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.
Report
Enter your scores in the APC tournament software to update the live standings.
Each match has a 14-day window to be completed, so you can plan ahead, stay competitive, and still keep your week balanced.
Playoffs and Championships
Top teams from each division qualify for the playoffs, where they compete for the title of Flex League Champion. Playoffs follow the same format as the regular season and wrap up within a one-week window.

At Ace Pickleball Club, we play fair and have fun doing it. Flex Leagues are designed to promote sportsmanship, communication, and respect for court time, whether you’re competing during Open Play or in a reserved slot.
If other paddles are waiting, remember to rotate and keep the community spirit strong.
When Does It Start?
Flex Leagues run seasonally (approximately every quarter) and last 6–8 weeks, including playoffs. All Clubs follow the same schedule, so Members across the country share the same competitive rhythm.
FAQs
Do I need a partner to sign up?
Yes, but if you don’t have one, use the “Find a Partner” tool in the system or ask your Club’s Member Specialist for help.
Can I play in more than one league?
Absolutely! Members can join multiple leagues across different divisions or play times.
What if we can’t complete a match in time?
Matches not completed within the 14-day window are recorded as forfeits. Using the MatchFlex tool early helps avoid this.
